Service representatives answer questions about student accounts, disbursement of financial aid, discuss special circumstances concerning payments, and provide referrals to appropriate offices as needed. Collection Service Specialists and Representatives will assist non-enrolled, former students, with appropriate payment options for resolving delinquent balance on their bursar account. They also assist in clarifying Indiana University and Office of the Bursar procedures and policies, working with bursar account holders to understand charges on their account, and directing them to the appropriate department for questions. Student Organization Accounts (SOA) staff provide banking and bookkeeping services for student organizations which are recognized through the Student Activities Office and the Department of Residential Programs and Services.
