Full-time (100% FTE) appointed employees of Indiana University and their spouses and dependent children are entitled to fee courtesy provided the employee is appointed on a full-time basis by the end of the first week of the classes for the semester or first summer session. Fee courtesy does not apply to special fees, such as those for laboratories, applied music, student teaching, education early experience, dissertation research fee (G901), or rental of special equipment and facilities.
