Frequently Asked Questions

Why did I get a new e-bill showing a zero balance?

The e-bill will show all activity that happened on your bursar account during the month.  If your remittance pays everything that was due on the previous statement and you have no new charges, your e-bill shows a zero balance indicating you have nothing to pay.  This does allow you to have a complete record of every transaction on your bursar account.
